Job summary

Cloud Hybrid Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced DevOps/Cloud Engineer to design and manage scalable Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. You will automate provisioning, scaling, and monitoring with IaC tools, and build robust CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployments.

You will optimize GCP resources, implement security controls, and collaborate with development teams to deliver cloud-native solutions with high availability and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps/Cloud Engineer or similar.
• Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Storage, and others.
• Experience automating cloud infrastructure with IaC tools (Terraform, Deployment Manager, Ansible).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and monitoring using IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage GCP resources to support development teams and optimize performance.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment to GCP environments.
• Integrate pipelines with Cloud Build, Cloud Source Repositories, and Jenkins; optimize build/test/deploy cycles.
• Implement cloud monitoring and logging with Stackdriver and Dynatrace; respond to incidents and minimize downtime.
• Enforce security best practices (IAM, encryption, VPC, firewall) and comply with GDPR/CCPA/PCI-DSS.
• Collaborate with development teams on cloud-native design for performance, security, and scalability.
