About the Role:

• We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer (Level 8) to join our Software Engineering team, supporting Project 0011650318 for a globally recognized technology company renowned for its innovations in electronics, semiconductors, and telecommunications equipment.
• In this role, you'll serve as a hands-on expert managing and configuring Rancher clusters while leveraging strong proficiency in Kubernetes and AWS. You will lead DevOps initiatives, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure Rancher GPv2 clusters, including upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
• Design and implement secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot infrastructure challenges.
• Monitor and enhance system performance, uptime, and security protocols.
• Lead DevOps automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.
• Act as a subject matter expert across DevOps and infrastructure teams.

Must-Have Skills:

• AWS – Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Kubernetes – Advanced experience with container orchestration.
