Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting hardware validation, ASIC/SoC bring-up, emulation, simulation, or lab automation.
• Familiarity with firmware deployment flows, regression infrastructure, and test execution frameworks.
• Experience enabling AI-assisted validation, data-driven debugging, or scalable experimentation environments.
• Understanding of release gating, tool qualification, and production environment promotion.
• Experience improving developer productivity through automation and self-service tooling.

Responsibilities

• Reduce manual setup and configuration drift in validation environments.
• Improve regression predictability and reliability of tool releases.
• Prevent unstable tool releases from disrupting validation execution.
• Free validation engineers to focus on bug discovery, root cause analysis, and silicon quality readiness.
