Qualifications

• 7+ years in product validation, systems engineering, integration testing, quality engineering, or product development.

• Experience developing and implementing automated testing frameworks to improve coverage and regression testing.
• IoT, edge devices, computer vision, retail tech, or large-scale connected-device deployments are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Test & Validation team with ownership and accountability.
• Own product validation across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, connectivity, and customer workflows.
• Define validation plans, test coverage, and release criteria with global R&D teams.
• Ensure system testing across device onboarding, telemetry, data flow, performance, and customer workflows.
• Monitor performance against quality metrics and identify trends for improvement.
• Drive root-cause analysis across R&D, Product, Manufacturing, Field, and customer teams.
• Own validation dashboards and executive reports showing progress and risks.
• Lead final validation reviews and provide Go/No-Go recommendations for pilots and deployments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Test Engineering Manager to lead validation of IoT and computer vision products.

MUST HAVES

• - You must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US (e.g., Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD), as we are unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship at this time;
  
• - 7+ years of experience in product validation, systems engineering, integration testing, quality engineering, or product development.
  
• - Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and complex cross-functional validation programs.
  
• - Experience validating complex connected products.
  
• - Strong understanding of system-level integration, reliability, regression, performance, and field validation.
  
• - Experience defining validation strategies, test plans, release criteria, and measurable acceptance metrics.
  
• - Embedded Systems Testing: Experience validating embedded systems, including hardware–firmware integration, device functionality, interfaces, and system-level performance.
  
• - Test Automation: Experience developing and implementing automated testing frameworks to improve test coverage, repeatability, efficiency, and regression testing.
  
• - Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across multidisciplinary systems.
