nou Systems, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join the Technical Solutions Division and JSTC2 Team. You will build, maintain, and automate pipelines to deliver secure, testable software across development environments.

You’ll collaborate with software engineers, cybersecurity teams, and testers to advance capable AI-enabled solutions for defense applications. A strong foundation in Linux, scripting, and container tech is essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• 4 years of experience in DevOps
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve development and test environments.
• Create and support containerized development and deployment workflows.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab with automated testing, linting, and deployment.
• Implement and enforce GitLab merge request policies and code quality standards.
• Create shell scripts and config files to streamline setup, reproducibility, and remote development.
• Collaborate with software engineers, testers and cybersecurity teams to transition capabilities into production-ready systems.
