nou Systems, Inc. (nSI) is hiring a DevOps Engineer in Huntsville, AL to build, test, secure, and deploy capabilities across large teams.

You will work at the intersection of infrastructure, software engineering, and AI to deliver reliable, secure solutions in a DoD-restricted environment. You’ll develop containerized workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and shell scripts while collaborating with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure production readiness and continuous improvement across the development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 4 years of DevOps experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve development and test environments.
• Create containerized development and deployment workflows.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and MR enforcement.
• Enforce GitLab MR policies and code quality standards.
• Create shell scripts and config files to streamline setup and remote development.
• Collaborate with software engineers, testers, and cybersecurity teams to productionize capabilities.
