Qualifications

• Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field; or a BA/BS plus 4 years’ experience.
• 10+ years in software development with 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-end, back-end, or full-stack software for government warfighting simulations.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
• Deliver software on a 10-week cadence with Agile/SAFe practices.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, and DevOps to ensure quality and integration.
