Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent directly relevant experience.
• Seven+ years of DevOps, platform engineering, site reliability, cloud engineering, or related experience.
• Advanced hands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containers, cloud services, source control, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to design secure, resilient automation and explain tradeoffs to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for repeatable, traceable software delivery.
• Build reusable infrastructure-as-code modules and configuration automation for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Define observability, capacity, availability, backup, recovery, and incident-response practices.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex platform, pipeline, performance, and integration issues.
• Embed security scanning, secrets management, access controls, and compliance evidence into delivery workflows.
• Partner with software, cloud, security, QA, and program teams to translate delivery needs into platform capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Seven or more years of DevOps, platform engineering, site reliability, cloud engineering, or closely related experience.
• Advanced hand‑on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containers, cloud services, source control, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to design secure, resilient automation and explain technical tradeoffs to engineering and program stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience supporting federal, defense, regulated, or high‑availability environments.
• Relevant AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, DevOps, or security certification.
• Experience with software supply‑chain security, policy as code, and compliance evidence automation.
