Job summary

Signature IT World Inc. is seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer to automate, manage, and optimize our deployment infrastructure. You will design CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP, using IaC tools and containerization to accelerate software delivery.

The role emphasizes automated deployment, monitoring, security, and incident response, with collaboration across development, QA, security, and IT teams to improve availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate operational tasks using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production issues.
• Implement security best practices, access controls, secrets management, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Improve system availability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Support disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, security, and IT teams to improve software delivery.
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
• Maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
