About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Developer to join our engineering team and help us build robust, scalable, and automated infrastructure. You’ll be at the center of our software delivery pipeline — designing CI/CD workflows, managing cloud infrastructure, and improving developer productivity across the company.
You will work closely with backend/frontend developers, QA engineers, and security teams to ensure smooth and secure deployments, efficient monitoring, and highly available services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments (dev, staging, production).
- Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Maintain and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with developers to enable continuous integration and automated testing.
- Monitor system health and performance using modern observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Ensure infrastructure security, secrets management, and access controls.
- Build tools to improve developer productivity and automate repetitive tasks.
- Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues with a blameless, team-first attitude.
- Stay up to date with best practices in DevOps, SRE, and cloud architecture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on experience with:
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.)
- Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficient in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go).
- Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools and incident management practices.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with secrets management (Vault, SSM, etc.).
- Experience with service mesh, API gateways, or multi-cloud setups.
- Familiarity with security best practices, compliance, and zero-trust principles.
- Knowledge of cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.
- Experience in setting up disaster recovery and backup solutions.
- Contributions to open-source DevOps tools or communities.
