Job summary

Durlston Partners LLP in the Philadelphia area is seeking a DevOps Engineer to own how its systems are built, deployed and run within an Azure-based cloud. You will lead deployments, design CI/CD pipelines, and build Python tools to improve reliability and developer productivity.

With 3+ years in DevOps, you will manage infrastructure as code (Terraform/Bicep), containers (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS), and own monitoring for 24/7 trading while collaborating across teams in a small, fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, platform or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure.
• Strong Python skills, with a track record of building your own tools.
• Experience with new build-outs: standing up environments, pipelines or processes from scratch.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform or Bicep), containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS).
• A strong ownership mindset and the ability to work autonomously in a small team.

About the company

Our client is a strategic subsidiary of one of the world's largest and most respected trading firms. The business runs its own trading strategies, combining the pace and ownership of a small team with the infrastructure and backing of a Tier 1 trading firm.

The role

The team is looking for a DevOps Engineer to take ownership of how its systems are built, deployed and run. The infrastructure is entirely cloud based on Azure, and you'll play a lead role in shaping it, working closely with the Engineers in other offices and partnering with developers and traders across the business.

• Total compensation of $300,000 to $325,000, including a performance-based annual bonus
