Job summary

MindSource is seeking a Multicloud Engineer to support and resolve production incidents across AWS, GCP, and AliCloud. You’ll own issues end-to-end—from ticket intake and troubleshooting to RCA—while partnering with Platform Engineering on complex escalations.

The role emphasizes strong cloud operations, IaC (Terraform/Ansible), and scripting in Python/Go/Bash. Incident management and production troubleshooting are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Operations, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS & GCP (AliCloud is a plus).
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or Ansible.
• Python, Go, or Bash scripting.
• Incident management, RCA writing, and production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own incidents end-to-end from ticket intake to RCA.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across AWS, GCP, and AliCloud.
• Partner with Platform Engineering on complex escalations.
