Vaco by Highspring seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to design cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and improve reliability and security for enterprise applications.

You will build CI/CD pipelines, manage IaC with Terraform, and lead incident responses while collaborating with engineering and security teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps/Cloud/SRE/Platform Operations experience.
• Azure experience preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or Jenkins).
• Hands-on with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of networking, DNS, load balancing, security, and identity management.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Scripting with Python/PowerShell/Bash.
• Experience in production environments with high availability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure and environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Maintain system reliability, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• Implement security controls, access management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support APIs, integrations, networking, and traffic routing.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Strong cloud engineering experience, preferably with Azure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with API gateways, enterprise integrations, and containerization.
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and customer-facing platforms.
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering practices and AI-assisted operations.

Salary range: $125,000-$145,000 annually.
