Job summary

Tech3pillars Technologies in San Jose, CA seeks a seasoned DevOps Engineer to design and operate cloud-native platforms at scale. You will implement IaC, automate CI/CD pipelines, and steer observability with Prometheus, Grafana and Datadog.

Seasoned Kubernetes & Cloud Platform Engineer with deep expertise in Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), AWS, Azure, Terraform, Docker, ArgoCD, Harness, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD. Strong hands‑on experience in GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes administration, Istio Service Mesh, cloud security, and platform engineering. Proficient in implementing observability and monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, along with Python-based automation for operational efficiency. Experienced in designing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud‑native environments, leveraging Karpenter, HPA, and automation-driven strategies for performance optimization and cloud cost management. Demonstrated expertise in CI/CD modernization, cloud infrastructure automation, reliability engineering, and enterprise Kubernetes platform support across Banking, Mortgage, and Insurance domains.
