Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure and CI/CD environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, automation, containers, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and DevOps best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools.
- Implement and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work with AWS EKS/AKS/GKE and manage production Kubernetes workloads.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Implement configuration management using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and application health.
- Work with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, or CloudWatch.
- Implement security, access controls, secrets management, and DevSecOps practices.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production issues.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, security, and operations teams.
- Participate in production support, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
- Improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands‑on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience with Git and source‑control management.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with cloud networking, IAM, security, and load balancing.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Understanding of DevOps, Agile, CI/CD, and SDLC methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS EKS, Azure AKS, or Google GKE.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of Helm, Argo CD, Flux, or other Kubernetes deployment tools.
- Experience with Ansible and configuration automation.
- Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Datadog.
- Experience with serverless technologies and cloud-native architectures.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
