Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a DevOps Developer to design and maintain automation, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes that support reliable software delivery. You will work with development, QA, security, and operations teams to improve availability, scalability, and engineering productivity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in DevOps or related roles, with hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, and scripting. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and AI SDLC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, SRE, infrastructure engineering, or related role.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, and scripting/automation.
• Knowledge of production incident management, troubleshooting, DevSecOps, cloud security, networking, and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and AI SDLC methodologies; SFCC knowledge is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, containerized applications, configuration, and source-code repositories.
• Integrate automated testing and DevSecOps practices into delivery pipelines.
• Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability; troubleshoot production incidents and deployment issues.
• Support release management, high availability, disaster recovery, and operational documentation.
• Develop reusable DevOps standards and continuously evaluate tools to improve reliability and delivery efficiency.

Requirements
