Job summary

Staffing Spot, Inc. is seeking a seasoned DevOps engineer to design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, packaging, and deploying applications across multiple environments.

The role requires hands-on Jenkins pipeline work with Groovy, Git integration, and container deployments using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift. You will automate deployments, ensure release quality, and work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, build and release engineering, or automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins.
• Strong knowledge of Git and Git-based branching strategies.
• Experience developing Jenkins pipelines using Groovy.
• Strong scripting experience in Shell/Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with build tools such as Maven, Gradle, or npm.
• Experience with artifact repositories such as Nexus or JFrog Artifactory.
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application deployments.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration of DevOps tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
