Job summary

Saransh Inc. in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to lead modern release pipelines and infrastructure as code. You will implement GitOps workflows with ArgoCD, manage AKS clusters, and integrate Terraform, Bicep and ARM templates, while mentoring juniors.

You will collaborate with teams to optimize build, deployment, and runtime environments and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant operations across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps/Release Engineering with technical lead capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, YAML-based pipelines, repos and artifacts.
• Proven expertise in ArgoCD and GitOps for Kubernetes deployments.
• Solid Kubernetes/AKS, Helm, and container orchestration knowledge.
• Proficiency with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
• Experience with Docker and container registries (ACR).
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Define and maintain ArgoCD manifests, sync policies, and multi-cluster deployment strategies.
• Ensure declarative, version-controlled infrastructure and application state management.
• Lead release engineering efforts and mentor junior engineers.
• Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure as code.
