Job summary

BW Design Group is seeking a DevOps Technical Delivery Manager within the Information Solutions team in the United States. You will own delivery accountability for DevOps and platform engineering across client engagements, translating requirements into sequenced work and managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

You will drive delivery cadence, client communications, and posture the DevOps backlog to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in CS/SE/Engineering or related field.
8+ years of professional delivery/DevOps experience preferred.
3+ years owning delivery accountability for a technical team.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client-facing point of accountability for DevOps and platform delivery across engagements.
Lead client and stakeholder conversations on platform scope, sequencing, dependencies, risk, and delivery expectations.
Translate client business and operational requirements into clear, sequenced DevOps delivery plans.
Set and manage delivery expectations proactively; communicate schedule and scope changes before they become escalations.
Run delivery status reviews, readiness checkpoints, and go-live coordination with client IT, OT, and operations stakeholders.
Maintain visibility into each engineer's load and commitments; flag overload and blocked work early.
