Barry-Wehmiller is seeking a DevOps Technical Delivery Manager for the Information Solutions team. You will own delivery accountability across engagements, translating client needs into sequenced platform work and managing scope, schedule, and budget with the DevOps team.

The role emphasizes leading client conversations, coordinating with PMs and engineers, and maintaining delivery cadence through fourteen‑day sprints. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of technical delivery are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
8+ years of professional experience in technical delivery, platform engineering, DevOps, or engineering project leadership.
3+ years owning delivery accountability for a technical team, as a delivery manager, technical program manager, scrum master, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Own delivery accountability for DevOps and platform work across engagements.
Lead client and stakeholder conversations on platform scope, sequencing, dependencies, risk, and delivery expectations.
Run delivery cadence with fourteen‑day sprints and a GitHub project board, planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate intake, triage, and prioritization of the DevOps backlog; balance deadlines, priorities, risk, and capacity.
Support business development through scoping, estimating, and proposal input for DevOps and platform work.
