Job summary

BW Design Group is seeking a DevOps Technical Delivery Manager for the Information Solutions team in Denver. You will own delivery accountability for DevOps and platform engineering across client engagements, translating needs into sequenced work and ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met.

You will manage intake, backlog, and cadence, while engineers engage directly with client counterparts. This role emphasizes client outcomes and predictable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software eng, or related field.
• At least 8 years in technical delivery / platform engineering.
• At least 3 years owning delivery accountability for a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing point of accountability for DevOps and platform delivery across engagements.
• Lead client and stakeholder conversations on platform scope, sequencing, dependencies, risk, and delivery expectations.
• Translate client business and operational requirements into clear, sequenced DevOps delivery plans.
• Set and manage delivery expectations proactively; communicate schedule and scope changes before they become escalations.
• Run delivery status reviews, readiness checkpoints, and go-live coordination with client IT, OT, and operations stakeholders.
