This role involves driving migration efforts, implementing best practices, and optimizing the GitLab ecosystem for performance, security, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead migrations from legacy CI/CD tools into the GitLab ecosystem.
• Design and implement secure, scalable GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive adoption of GitOps, infrastructure-as-code, and automation best practices.
• Integrate and optimize GitLab for DORA metrics tracking and reporting.
• Guide DevSecOps implementation, including SAST, DAST, and container security.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and engineering teams for seamless delivery.
• Optimize GitLab Runners, Auto DevOps features, and overall pipeline efficiency.
• Ensure alignment with compliance, governance, and audit standards.
• Provide strategic and hands-on support across the DevOps lifecycle.
