PURPOSE:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Azure Agile Product Owner with astrong background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments to join our dynamicteam. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding the development of Azure-based solutions and services, ensuring they align with client requirements and business goals. This position requires deep expertise in Azure cloud technologies, agilemethodologies, and MSP operations.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Product Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders,gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, and translating them into awell-defined product backlog for Azure-based solutions and services.• Azure Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure services,architectures, and best practices to guide the development and implementation ofAzure solutions for clients.• MSP Experience: Leverage your MSP experience to ensure that the Azuresolutions and services are designed, delivered, and managed with the highest levelof service quality and efficiency, meeting agreed-upon SLAs.• Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile and Scrum principles to manage productdevelopment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that sprintgoals and timelines are met.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, business analysts, developers,and other stakeholders to refine product features, prioritize user stories, andfacilitate communication to ensure successful project delivery.• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a clear product roadmap that alignswith both client needs and business objectives, adapting it as necessary based onchanging requirements or market conditions.• Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivered solutions meet high-quality standards,both in terms of functionality and performance, by defining acceptance criteriaand conducting testing as needed.• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle,and work proactively to mitigate them, maintaining a focus on delivering value toclients.• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive product documentation,including user stories, feature descriptions, release notes, and other relevantmaterials.• Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance and gather feedbackfrom clients and end-users, using this information to drive continuousimprovement and optimization of the Azure solutions and services.- Other Responsibilities as assigned by management
MINIMUM SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ Years of proven experience as a Product Owner in Azure cloud environments.
- A solid understanding of Managed Service Provider operations and best
- practices.

- Experience with Azure Cloud Network or similar DevOps tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards in Azure is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Starting compensation: $175,000/year
