Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a DevID Software Engineer in Quality Analysis (Finance) to validate coding and provide user support for the DevID service, a key PKI component in the HPE Factory Build process. The role requires US citizenship or a Green Card, and entails collaboration with teams across the US and internationally, primarily during USA hours with potential after-hours support.

Responsibilities include test automation, participation in DevID meetings, and creation/maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience with software quality assurance tools and processes.
• Understanding of testing, coding, and debugging practices.
• Experience with application/service/tool setup and configuration.
• Familiarity with hardware setup/configuration (servers, storage, switches).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow HPE defect life cycle and build/release requirements with minimal guidance.
• Document and revise test cases to validate enhancements across development, test, and integration.
• Help finalize product strategy and SPEC requirements for DevID needs.
• Provide demonstrations for test cases and validate requirements with tooling.
• Submit weekly status updates and progress against schedule.
• Maintain high attention to quality and be proactive in issue resolution.
• Communicate effectively with HPE management and teams.
