Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Colorado is seeking a DevID Software Engineer for Quality Analysis to validate code and provide user support within the PSO. The role requires working USA hours and collaboration with global teams, including DeviD Development, to maintain automated test scripts and assist with infrastructure as needed.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent, at least 1 year in software QA, and strong analytical and English communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in software QA tools, testing, and debugging.
• Experience with service/tool setup, configuration and practices.
• Experience with HPE hardware setup/configuration.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of software/firmware on Linux and Windows.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in DevID related meetings during the USA hours.
• Respond to emails from internal and external team members.
• Assist with user support until resolution and/or workaround is provided.
• Create/maintain automated test scripts for the DevID service.
• Support FtC PSO infrastructure with aaS Infrastructure team as needed.
