Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years in order management or freight operations.

• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Coordinate picking, packing and shipping with warehouse/logistics teams and track shipments.
• Validate material availability and resolve shortages or allocations with planning teams.
• Manage order escalations and drive timely resolution, identifying root causes for delays.
