HP IQ is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in Device Security to develop security features for AI-enabled devices, including embedded systems, PCs, and workstations. You will work with security, firmware, OS, hardware, and cloud engineers to implement secure boot, cryptography, device identity, and data protection across products.

You will contribute to threat modeling, security reviews, vulnerability analysis, testing, and remediation while working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fundamental understanding of device security concepts such as secure boot, cryptography, authentication, access control, PKI, or application sandboxing.
• Experience with embedded systems, Linux, AOSP, or Windows environments.

Mansioni

• Develop security features for embedded devices, including secure boot, key management, encryption, and data protection.
• Collaborate with firmware, OS, hardware, and cloud teams to integrate security capabilities.
• Participate in threat modeling, security reviews, vulnerability analysis, testing, and remediation.
• Apply secure SDLC practices across the development lifecycle.
