Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking an experienced Computer Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, test, and optimize a variety of electronic devices including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

This role operates on a 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday–Friday shift and offers an hourly rate of $20.00 with a bonus potential. You will diagnose and repair electronic assemblies, perform hardware replacements, run software updates, and document results.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Associates degree or technical certification preferred.
2–3 years electronics repair or related tech experience.
Experience with hardware repairs and device testing.

Responsabilités

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test electronic assemblies and end-user devices.
Perform hardware repairs including screens, batteries, memory, storage drives, keyboards, and components.
Execute system upgrades, software installations, firmware updates, and device optimization.
Use diagnostic tools and schematics to identify and resolve issues.
Conduct functional testing, calibration, and quality inspections to meet standards.
Document repair activities and results in designated systems.
Analyze data and provide corrective action recommendations when needed.
Adhere to quality, safety, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams to resolve issues.
Maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced repair environment.
