Qualifications

• Knowledge of simple or repetitive component replacement such as LCD/HDD.
• Basic working knowledge of models like Dell, HP, Toshiba, Apple and Acer.
• Ability to clearly organize and categorize work priorities to complete tasks.
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions.
• Hands-on and ambitious with drive to succeed; able to work in a team.
• Goal oriented and able to achieve results through teamwork and KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility is to diagnose and repair laptops.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose computer systems both hardware and software.
• Manually examine and repair computer hardware and peripheral components.
• Take apart and re-assemble computer components and parts.
• Analyze failed equipment and determine repairability.
• Resolve hardware technical issues within time schedule and provide break-and-fix solutions.
• May set up computer systems and install software for users.
• Meet daily KPI/Hour metrics; aim to reach minimum targets within 90 days.
