Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Associate degree, technical certification, or related coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of electronics repair or related technical field.
• Experience performing hardware repairs and device testing.
• Working knowledge of PCs, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test electronic assemblies and end-user devices.
• Perform hardware repairs and replacements (screens, batteries, memory, storage, keyboards).
• Execute system upgrades, software installations, firmware updates, and optimization.
• Use diagnostic tools and schematics to identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct functional testing, calibration, and quality inspections.
• Document repair activities and results in designated systems.
• Analyze test data and recommend corrective actions.
• Adhere to quality, safety, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams.
• Maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced repair environment.
