Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Computer Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, test, and optimize laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices in a fast-paced refurbishment environment.

You’ll work 8am-4:30pm, Monday–Friday, with an hourly rate of $20.00/hr plus a bonus; base pay ranges up to USD $62,100 annually depending on location and experience. High School Diploma required; 2–3 years of electronics repair preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of electronics repair experience.
• Experience with hardware repairs and device testing.
• Knowledge of PCs, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Ability to follow quality and safety procedures.
• Pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, test electronic devices.
• Replace components such as screens, batteries, memory and storage.
• Perform system upgrades and firmware updates.
• Document repair activities and results accurately.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and support teams.
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced repair/refurbishment environment.
