Job summary

Batteries Plus Bulbs is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to assist customers, test and repair devices, and contribute to daily store operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include helping customers choose batteries and light bulbs, performing repairs with training, answering phones, managing inventory, and upselling products. Weekend hours are required; no benefits. Training provided and a discount available.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in purchasing batteries, light bulbs, and related products (training provided).
• Replace batteries in vehicles, watches, key fobs, and devices (training provided).
• Maintain inventory and store appearance; upsell products.
• Repair cell phones or other devices as needed (training provided).
• Handle phones and general store operations.
