Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent preferred.
• Customer service and sales-oriented with high motivation.
• Demonstrate technical skill and have the ability to work with tools on small parts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift 50+ lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide solutions for batteries and devices.
• Test and repair smartphones, batteries, bulbs and other products.
• Answer phones, complete reports, and manage inventory.
• Support general store management tasks.
