TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Service Technician in Norcross, GA to support device testing, repair, and configuration for a tech-focused client. The role is 1st shift with a pay rate of $17/hr, focusing on maintaining service quality and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, repairing components, installing OSes and drivers, inspecting incoming devices, and providing customer troubleshooting support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus.
• Prior electronics repair or IT support experience preferred.
• Comfort with handheld devices, hardware, and software.
• Ability to follow technical procedures and document results clearly.

Responsabilités

• Identify issues with computers, laptops and related hardware.
• Repair or replace malfunctioning components (hard drives, memory, screens, power supplies).
• Install, configure and update operating systems, drivers and applications.
• Inspect devices for damage on receipt before repairs begin.
• Document repair issues and communicate with Project Leads.
