Job summary

Lilly is expanding its Concord, North Carolina campus and seeks Device Assembly Operators across entry to lead levels. You will be responsible for operating highly automated equipment, maintaining production schedules, and training new staff to meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities to meet capacity plans and troubleshoot issues
• Support start-up activities during project phase and travel domestically (and internationally) as needed
