Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III, Device Assembly Mechanic to support operations on the device assembly line in Cincinnati. The role emphasizes setup, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment, with a focus on quality and compliance in a cGMP environment.

The position starts on a standard day shift, transitioning to a 2-2-3 rotating night shift (6:00 PM–6:30 AM).

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment maintenance or preventive maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP documentation and data integrity principles.
• Ability to read schematics and maintenance manuals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• English literacy for technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and perform maintenance tasks on device assembly equipment.
• Perform start-up, equipment operation, and line clearances as required.
• Operate light material handling equipment (pallet jacks, lifts).
• Monitor material quality and escalate concerns as needed.
• Provide technical support to production technicians.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment.
• Record batch data and maintain CMMS entries with accuracy.
