Competitive Compensation:

• Salary range: $43,680 - $58,240
• Compensation packages depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and other factors.

Essential Functions

• Assist or perform primary responsibilities under supervision
• Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, assets using various craft skills and tools
• Use work order management system to handle repair requests and document activities
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect and test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
• Complete required safety training for equipment and tools

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods
• Work in various temperatures
• Maintain an excellent driving record
