Competitive Compensation:

• Salary range: $43,680 - $58,240
• Compensation packages are based on factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Essential Functions

• Assist or perform responsibilities under supervision of an experienced technician
• Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) and tools
• Use the work order system to support repairs and document activities
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect and test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues
• Complete required safety training for equipment and tools

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work on ladders and at heights
• Comfortable working in various temperatures
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Maintain an excellent driving record
