Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $43,680 - $58,240

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. An additional bonus is available and will be disclosed during the interview process.

Essential Functions

• Perform responsibilities under supervision of an experienced technician
• Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Utilize work order management system for repairs and documentation
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
• Complete required safety training for equipment and tools

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights and on ladders
• Comfortable working in various temperatures
• Valid driving record
