Vinfen is seeking a Developmental Specialist to provide case management for individuals we support. You will help develop ISP plans, advocate for their needs, and join consultation meetings with clinical staff to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred, but experience may substitute for education.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Must be 21+ with a valid US driver's license (preferred but not required).
• CPR, First Aid within 2 weeks; MAP certification within 150 days.
• Must pass CORI, SORI, references, fingerprinting, and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for Vinfen-supported individuals.
• Participate in ISP development and advocate for person-served needs.
• Attend consultation meetings with clinical staff.
