Metro United Way in Louisville is seeking a Developmental Screening Manager for MUW's ASQ Hub to assess children's milestones, connect families to services, and promote kindergarten readiness.

You will engage healthcare partners, volunteers, government and families, document in the Hub database, and ensure grant compliance while expanding outreach across seven counties in Kentucky and Indiana.

Formación

• Two years of experience in education, human services, nonprofit or government sector.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and community resources.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with MUW's Impact Team to align ASQ Hub with education goals.
• Engage healthcare partners, volunteers, agencies, and families to raise awareness of the ASQ Hub.
• Lead expansion of the Developmental Screening Hub across counties, overseeing operations and communications.
• Maintain relationships with families in the ASQ program to ensure participation.
• Support marketing and parent education via social media.
• Monitor grants to ensure compliance and proper use of funds.
• Participate in ongoing professional development for best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
