Developmental Psychology (PhD) [$100 - $200/hour]

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and annotate data sets relevant to child development and developmental psychology for AI system training
• Provide detailed insights and feedback on the accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and developmental relevance of data and model outputs
• Contribute expert analysis to scenario development, test cases, and real-world situations involving children s learning and behavior
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to inform model improvements and ensure psychological integrity in AI interactions
• Create or refine guidelines for AI systems to better address linguistic, cognitive, and psychosocial aspects of child development across diverse backgrounds
• Document findings and recommendations with clarity and depth to support ongoing AI research and development

Good Candidature

• Doctorate (PhD) in Child Development, Developmental Psychology, or closely related field
• Demonstrated involvement in technology-driven, digital, or AI-focused projects relevant to child development is highly desirable
• Comfortable working remotely on digital platforms, delivering contributions independently while engaging with a distributed team
