Pediatrics Plus in Arkansas is seeking Classroom Teaching Assistants to join our team of dedicated professionals that empower children to conquer their world. We provide evidence-based therapy and developmental preschool services in state-of-the-art facilities, with family support and education.

Our roles involve assisting the Classroom Teacher, engaging children with curriculum activities, maintaining a safe environment, and participating in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work with developmentally at risk children.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Ability to engage in a manner that is fun, child-centered, mindful, and authentic.

Responsibilities

• Assist Classroom Teacher(s) by engaging children through curriculum implementation and activities.
• Collaborate to maintain learning environments that motivate children to reach developmental milestones.
• Ensure a clean, safe, sanitary classroom and manage basic child care tasks as needed.
• Respond to challenging behavior with appropriate strategies and support.
