The role involves coordinating with course leads, using the LMS, preparing syllabi, and submitting grade reports by deadlines. Requires an Associate’s degree with math credits or valid licensure; college-level teaching is preferred. Rate of pay is $650.00–$740.00 per credit hour.

Qualifications

• College level teaching experience.
• Knowledge of and/or experience with a variety of instructional delivery modes, including synchronous and asynchronous online teaching.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses via on-ground, online and hybrid or web-enhanced delivery modes as assigned.
• Work with course leads and/or program coordinators to ensure consistent and equitable student experiences.
• Utilize the College’s learning management system to provide course materials to students.
• Submit updated department syllabus prior to the first day of class.
• Regularly check College email account and department mailbox.
• Respond to emails/messages within 48 hours, except on weekends.
• Complete all required reports, such as attendance, Early Alerts, student progress reports, grade submissions, and administer and return surveys and student outcome assessments by the deadlines.
• Submit final grades for each semester by the deadline established by the Registrar.
