Job summary

Holding Hands OpCo LLC in Pasadena, CA, is seeking a part-time Developmental Interventionist to deliver DIR/Floortime-based 1:1 interventions across home, school, and clinic settings. You will collaborate with families and caregivers to support growth.

The role emphasizes relationship-based care, with opportunities to grow into full-time roles and a compensation range of $25–$28 per hour. A Bachelor's degree is required; DIR/Floortime, ABA, or early childhood experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with DIR/Floortime, ABA, or early childhood development preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation required.
• 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 DIR/Floortime intervention.
• Facilitate social, emotional, and developmental growth through play-based interactions.
