Liberty Healthcare Corporation is seeking an Independent Assessor to administer structured assessments for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will work primarily from home, conducting video and in-person meetings, interviewing families, and writing reports to determine eligibility for home and community-based services.

The role offers flexibility, a high degree of autonomy, and opportunities to support independence and community inclusion.

Role description

As an Independent Assessor you will administer structured assessments to individuals. These assessments will be used to determine their eligibility for valuable home and community-based services which promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Work setting

• You will primarily work remotely from your home office

• You will periodically be required to travel throughout the region for in-person meetings

• Travel requirements vary and are estimated to range from 10% to 25%

• Travel will primarily be in Bonneville County with occasional travel throughout neighboring counties

Pay and benefits

• $50,000 annual salary
