Liberty Healthcare Corporation is seeking an Independent Assessor to administer structured assessments used to determine eligibility for home and community-based services. You will lead video and in-person meetings with individuals, interview family members, and write reports with recommendations.

The role offers remote work from home with travel across Nez Perce, Letah, Idaho, Clearwater and Lewis Counties (10–25%). A flexible schedule and autonomy support meaningful community inclusion.

Formación

• Experience administering structured assessments.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10%–25% for in-person meetings.

Role description

As an Independent Assessor you will administer structured assessments to individuals. These assessments will be used to determine their eligibility for valuable home and community-based services which promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Work setting

• You will primarily work remotely from your home office
• You will periodically be required to travel throughout the region for in-person meetings
• Travel requirements vary and are estimated to range from 10% to 25%
• Travel will primarily be in Nez Perce, Letah, Idaho, Clearwater and Lewis Counties

Pay and benefits

• $50,000 annual salary
