Liberty Healthcare Corporation is seeking an Independent Assessor to administer structured assessments for individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. This full-time role emphasizes remote work, with periodic regional travel to conduct meetings and assessments at clients’ homes or community settings.

You will lead assessments, interview families, and write reports to determine eligibility for home and community-based services.

Formación

• Experience administering structured assessments.

Role description

As an Independent Assessor you will administer structured assessments to individuals. These assessments will be used to determine their eligibility for valuable home and community-based services which promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Work setting

• You will primarily work remotely from your home office
• You will periodically be required to travel throughout the region for in-person meetings
• Travel requirements vary and are estimated to range from 10% to 25%
• Travel will primarily be in Twin Falls County with occasional travel throughout neighboring counties

Pay and benefits

• $50,000 annual salary
