Terros Health is hiring a Developmental Disabilities Specialist to join our Crisis Department in Phoenix. This full-time role offers either a 40-hour Wed-Sat shift or a 30-hour Sun-Tue shift, with bilingual Spanish being a plus.

The specialist will respond to crisis calls, provide crisis counseling to individuals and families, and help coordinate services and referrals to stabilize emotions and behavior.

Qualifications

• Respond to crisis calls and planned interventions.
• Provide crisis counseling to individuals and families during mental health crises.
• Develop service plans and referrals to appropriate resources.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls and planned interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Provide face-to-face and phone crisis counseling to stabilize emotions and behavior.
• Assist with person-centered planning and emergency plan development.
