Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Northwest Harris County is seeking a Development Manager to blend fundraising and volunteer coordination. Under the Director of Development, you will strengthen donor relationships, maximize revenue, and increase volunteer engagement.

You will engage faith-based donors, cultivate new faith-based partnerships, and help organize the Toolbox Bash Gala with sponsorships and in-kind donations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in fundraising, volunteer coordination, and event planning.
• Must be professional, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work Saturday mornings for volunteer groups when needed.
• Empathetic to our cause with a passion for making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Engage faith-based donors and partners to strengthen connections to Habitat’s mission.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with faith-based organizations.
• Assist in planning and executing the Toolbox Bash Gala and securing auction items, donations, and sponsorships.
• Represent Habitat’s mission at community events and partnerships.
• Manage the social media calendar and create marketing materials with the Director of Development.
• Publish Habitat NWHC’s monthly newsletter.
